Cowgill who Knowingly committed Libel

Terry knowingly lies on air. Terry knew the Town of Sheffield installed the monument, as he was at city hall when  it was arranged and installed. Being, Reed lived a thousand miles away,  Cowgill tried to discredit the subject and Reed, by accusing him of installing the monument on town property without permission. Cowgill also, squashed another reporter's  accurate coverage (Nick) from the Berkshire Record that same day.
